Service completion times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and for removing personal items from your vehicle prior to service.

4. Payments and Fees

Prices for services are provided at the time of booking or estimate. Payment is due as specified in the invoice or at completion of services. We may use third-party payment processors; your payment information may be subject to their terms and privacy practices. Verdely is not responsible for fees charged by payment providers.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Any manufacturer warranties for parts will be passed on where available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdely's liability for damages arising from your use of the platform or services is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
